BUELLLLLLLLER?

You may have recently seen that Cameron's house from Ferris Bueller's Day Off is for sale.

But you didn't know that i grew up down the  street. My dad used to ride me on the back of his bike past that house every week.
The house we lived in was designed by an apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright. His name was John S. Van Bergen (1885-1969), and was the last employee to be hired by Frank Lloyd Wright before Wright closed his studio in 1909 and left for Europe. I snapped this photo when I visited a couple years ago with my dad.

Damn that is rad!

As long as you're talkin about FBDO... check out this incredible theory about the movie! This is pretty trippy. FBDO is like Fight Club, where Ferris is actually just a figment of Cameron's imagination. Check this out, a total trip!
